Andrew Snow, J.D., Esq., earned his law degree from Boston College Law School after completing a B.A. in Psychology at Middlebury College. He began his legal career at Clark Lau, LLC, where he gained extensive experience with non-immigrant visa petitions (including H-1B, L-1, O-1, and TN), employment-based green card processes such as PERM, I-140, and adjustment of status, as well as family-based green card petitions. When employed with Erickson Immigration Group, Andrew has advised corporate clients, particularly in the tech industry, on work authorization strategies and compliance with evolving immigration regulations. He managed a high-volume of business immigration cases and collaborated closely with HR teams and legal departments to support workforce mobility. In addition to his business immigration work, Andrew has represented clients in complex asylum and removal proceedings before the U.S. Immigration Courts. He has advocated for humanitarian relief—including asylum, cancellation of removal, and special immigrant juvenile status—while developing individualized legal strategies to meet each client’s needs. Andrew is a member of the Massachusetts Bar and is committed to delivering practical immigration solutions to clients and individuals.
