Mariia Persiianova is a U.S. Immigration Attorney licensed in the state of Missouri; she practices Federal Immigration Law and works with clients across the United States on both business and family immigration matters.

Originally from Ukraine, Mariia immigrated to the United States nearly a decade ago after practicing law in her home country. Having experienced the U.S. immigration process herself, she approaches every client’s case with empathy, patience, and care. Her goal is to make each step of the process as transparent and manageable as possible.

Mariia’s area of expertise covers a wide range of immigration matters, including E-2 investor visas, L-1 intracompany transferee petitions, H-1B specialty occupation visas, PERM labor certifications, and employment-based green card applications under the EB categories. She also assists clients with change of status filings, family-based petitions, marriage-based adjustment of status, and naturalization applications.

Before becoming an attorney, Mariia worked in both immigration and family law, gaining valuable experience managing complex cases and supporting clients during life-changing transitions. She earned her LL.M. from Suffolk University Law School and holds Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in International Law from the Institute of International Relations at Kyiv Taras Shevchenko University.

Mariia is fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian. She is passionate about helping others navigate the same immigration journey she once took - with clarity, confidence, and compassion.
